2. Relationship with Bridge
We partner with Bridge (Bridge Building Inc, Bridge Building Limited, and Bridge Building Arx LLC) to provide underlying financial infrastructure such as KYC/AML verification, accounts/wallets, and payments. For data you provide within Bridge’s onboarding or transaction flows, Bridge acts as an independent data controller and processes your information under its own privacy policy. SendFi only accesses the minimum data necessary to operate the App (e.g., status and references).

- KYC/identity data (ID document, selfie, DOB, address, tax info)
- Transaction and account data (balances, transfers, counterparties)

Bridge processes this data under its own privacy policy and applicable financial regulations.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use cross-context behavioral advertising.

- With Bridge: to enable KYC, accounts/wallets, and payment operations.
- With service providers: hosting, analytics, security, email/push (under data processing agreements and only as needed).
- With authorities: where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order.
- With your consent: when you explicitly authorize it.
- Business transfers: in mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring with confidentiality safeguards.

11. Cookies, SDKs & Device Permissions
- Mobile SDKs for analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications.
- Website cookies (if you visit our site) to improve navigation and performance; you can control cookies in your browser settings.
- Device permissions: camera (for identity verification via Bridge when you initiate it) and push notifications. You can revoke permissions in your device settings.
12. Minors
The Services are intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us to remove it.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. The updated Policy is effective when posted.
